To brighten up the long winter day, we hosted a Company Movie Night and had a great time unwinding together outside of our usual work routine. We shared some belly-laughs and popcorn, and it was a nice opportunity for colleagues to connect, relax, and enjoy a shared experience in a more informal setting, and especially for the new crew that is still integrating in the wider team. We believe that get-togethers allow newcomers to meet colleagues outside formal roles and meetings, making everyday collaboration easier and more natural.
