AI Engineer / Full-Stack Engineer
As an AI Engineer / Full-Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and AI-powered solutions for a variety of client projects. You will work across different parts of the technology stack, contributing to frontend applications, backend services, cloud infrastructure, data processing pipelines, and AI integrations.

Responsibilities and Duties
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services.
Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including document processing, information retrieval, and intelligent workflows.
Develop and maintain APIs, background jobs, and data processing pipelines.
Contribute to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI-based data extraction systems.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
A Candidate Will Demonstrate
Proven experience:
Typically 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
Technical expertise:
We work across a variety of technologies and projects, so we do not expect candidates to have experience with every technology listed below. However, successful candidates should have hands-on experience with several of these areas and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Examples of technologies and domains we commonly work with include:
Backend development using Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Frontend development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Designing and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
Building AI-enabled applications using LLMs, RAG techniques, embeddings, and vector databases.
Data extraction and document-processing workflows involving structured and unstructured data.
Containerized application development and deployment using Docker.
Relational databases and ORMs, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLAlchemy, and advanced SQL querying.
Asynchronous processing patterns, scheduled jobs, message queues, and event-driven architectures.
Cloud platforms and services, particularly Google Cloud Platform and AWS.
Integrating third-party APIs and services, including AI platforms and observability tools.
Troubleshooting and debugging techniques, including logging, monitoring, performance analysis, and developer tools.
Project ownership:
Ability to independently deliver features and technical solutions while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Communication:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
Although not essential, a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field would be advantageous.
