Ahead of mental health awareness week, we hosted a company-wide session on Mental Health in the Workplace, focused on supporting wellbeing in the IT industry.

The session aimed to create a space for open and honest conversations around topics that matter—recognizing our own emotions and patterns of behaviour, and navigating the challenges of a fast-paced work environment. It was great to see employees engaging, sharing perspectives, and reflecting on practical ways to support their mental wellbeing.

What stood out most was the importance of keeping these conversations ongoing. Mental health isn’t a one-time topic—it’s something we need to continuously support as a team and as an organization.

A special thanks to Melisa Grahic, our presenter of the day, who was willing to share her expertise, and in many ways learn from us as well as we all try to navigate ever changing life challenges.

Supporting initiatives that empower young women to explore and grow in tech is something we truly believe in—and this event was a great reminder of the talent, creativity, and innovation within our community.

A special shoutout to our colleague @Anela Zaketović, who proudly represented our team as a jury member, contributing her expertise and helping recognize some truly inspiring ideas. 👏

This year again, we had the pleasure of gathering with our colleagues for a company Iftar and also for an International Women’s Day, sharing not only a meal but also a moment of connection, reflection, and community.

We do not all get to see each other on a daily basis, so events like these mean a great deal for bringing the whole team together.

To brighten up the long winter day, we hosted a Company Movie Night and had a great time unwinding together outside of our usual work routine. We shared some belly-laughs and popcorn, and it was a nice opportunity for colleagues to connect, relax, and enjoy a shared experience in a more informal setting, and especially for the new crew that is still integrating in the wider team. We believe that get-togethers allow newcomers to meet colleagues outside formal roles and meetings, making everyday collaboration easier and more natural.

Moments like these help strengthen team connections and contribute to a positive, people-first workplace culture. Looking forward to more team moments like this ahead!

This year’s holiday dinner was more than just a celebration — it was a true reflection of our culture. We shared a meal, countless laughs, even sang along with the band, and created memories that will stay with us long after the decorations are packed away.

To add to the festive atmosphere, we turned the evening into a fun trivia challenge that brought out everyone’s competitive side in the best way possible! From surprising facts to hilarious guesses, the energy in the room was upbeat — and of course, our trivia winners went home with well-deserved gifts. 🎁

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve officially expanded our office space in Zenica! To mark this milestone, the team hosted a special guest luncheon with colleagues, partners from the Zenica university and ZEDA, as well as friends who’ve been part of our journey. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our growth, share stories, and look ahead to the next chapter together.

What an unforgettable day on the water! Our team came together for an exciting rafting trip on Neretva river and Konjic filled with teamwork, laughter, good food, and a few good splashes along the way. 🌞💦

Beyond the thrill of the rapids, this trip was about strengthening bonds, supporting one another, and celebrating the spirit of collaboration that defines us, but also laughing with each other and testing cold water tolerance💪🤝
