“The importance of physical activity in the prevention of injuries and diseases of the locomotor system”

In today’s fast-paced work and office environment, the importance of ergonomics and physical activity cannot be overstated. Today, we hosted a fascinating lecture on this subject in the office, and it sparked enlightening discussions about how small changes can lead to substantial improvements in employee comfort, productivity, and overall well-being by Elvir Bijedic, President of the Assembly of the Association of Physiotherapists FBiH.

The insights from our guest lecturer have reignited our commitment to creating a healthier workplace. By adopting healthy practices, we’re not only enhancing individual comfort but also boosting morale and productivity. We encourage everyone to take small but impactful steps towards a healthier workplace and lifestyle.
We want to once again, thank our engaging guest speaker from Panta Rei Center, Tuzla, and also the caterer of the day, our well-known local bakery, Kabil.

Girls in IT robotic competitions are becoming more and more common as interest in STEM fields continues to grow among young women. These competitions provide a platform for girls to showcase their skills in robotics, problem-solving, and teamwork. By participating in these events, girls have the opportunity to build confidence, gain valuable hands-on experience, and potentially pursue a career in the IT industry. It is important to encourage and support girls in IT robotic competitions to help bridge the gender gap in technology and empower girls to pursue their interests in STEM.
